GRAND BASSA LABOR COMMISSIONER ALARMS OVER RAMPANT LABOR PRACTICE

Buchanan,Grand Bassa – The Labor Commissioner of Grand Bassa has alarmed over rampant practice of Child labor in the County.

Commissioner Johnson Quaqua said Child labor is visible in every street corner and Communities in the County.

According to him, it is not just an urban problem but also widespread in the rural areas.

He disclosed that it is challenging to combat child labor because of the lacked of specified law.

Commissioner Quaqua however assured that government is doing everything possible to combat the spread of child labor in the Country.

He was speaking during the celebration of the International Day Against Child Labor.
