The One Nimba House Media Inc. (Nimba D-9 TV) was founded as an integrative media institution in April 2018 and is governed by the Cooperate Law of Liberia. It currently has seven (7) members Board of Trustees (BoT) that acts as the policy and direction setting body. Board members serve for a two (2) year term and can petition the Board for renewal. There are no term limits.

The BoT meets every Six (6) months to review the institution’s progress, set direction, and make decisions, review activities, reports and make plans. These action plans are monitored during the Board meetings with adjustments made as

necessary to ensure that targets and goals are met.  The Board approves all major spending and financial reports, fundraising plans and budgets.

We gather the largest and most desirable audience with our broadcast through accurate information dissemination, with our digital platforms to enable our clients and partners effectively advance their businesses and strategic interests through our programs across Nimba and Liberia at large.
