Let’s meet our “Personality of the Week”
Dr. Somo Hubbard-Barsir, DNP, RN, MHA, CPM
Currently works with the State of Georgia, The United States of America as the Clinical Care Review Manager and also serving as
Southern Regional Vice President for Union of Liberians in the Americas (ULAA).

Dr. Barsir is the Chairperson for United Nimba Citizens Council (UNICCO) Health committee. As Chairperson, she and her team at UNICCO with citizens of Nimba County in the Diaspora have and continue to contribute medical and non-medical supplies to the health needs of Nimba citizens in Nimba and Liberia at large. She worked closely with the Project Director of UNICCO James Harris and Top Management of UNICCO in presenting USD$14,000 cash to Nimba for the fight against COVID-19 including over USD$10,000 supplies of medical and non-medical supplies to the Jackson F. Doe Regional Referral Hospital in Tappita Nimba County Liberia West Africa amongst others.
Previously, Dr. Barsir served as Manager of the Fulton County Board of Heath Clinic in Alpharetta ,
Assistant professor at Chamberlain College of Nursing where she
directed and managed the Covid-19 Public Health Spa in Alpharetta.
Our Personality of the Week is also Former President/Executive Director of The Liberia Association of Metropolitan, Atlanta Georgia, The United States of America.

Dr. Somo Hubbard Barsir just celebrated another birth anniversary and for and on behalf of us, we are wishing her happy birthday including all others who are celebrating their birthdays this month.
