With the company expanding its workforce in the ongoing Phase-II Expansion Project, the Department of Operation is undertaking a massive housing project to accommodate over 1000 employees around the Tokadeh Mines.

The construction site is located along the main road leading to Yekepa from Tokadeh junction, covering a total area of 117,832.277 m2 or 29.12 acres of land

Phase one of the construction will target 520 staff, and provide a canteen, a gym, a laundry building, a recreation center, one facility management office, a mini clinic, a fence, three security booths, and all other civil infrastructure, such as roads, drainages, water, and power supply system, the company announced in August.

This initiative when completed will not only address the immediate housing needs but also foster the creation of an entirely new community, enhancing the overall living experience for AML staff.
