Rwanda :- At the recently concluded African Youth Anti-Corruption Summit held on December 6,2023 in commemoration of the International Anti-Corruption Day, the African Youth Integrity Award was won by Johnson B.W. Karnue.
Karnue earned this prestigious award through his unwavering commitment and outstanding contributions to promoting transparency and good governance during his tenure as Chairman Of the Liberian Community in Rwanda. His hard work serves as an inspiration to youth across the continent, showcasing the impact that dedication can have on promoting integrity and ethical practices from a early age of Leadership.
The African Youth Integrity Award,a honor given annually, recognizes individual who exemplify exceptional integrity, resilience, and dedication to accountability and integrity. This award stands as a beacon of hope, encouraging others to follow in the footsteps of leaders like Johnson B. Karnue who served the Liberian Community in Rwanda with honesty and integrity.
The award was presented by the esteemed Acting Director on Corruption Prevention and Education at the Office of the Ombudsman of Rwanda, underscoring the importance of international collaboration in the ongoing fight against corruption.
